No original pagination or marked signatures. Numerous ornaments in the text. On leaves 1a, 127a and 131a, headpieces with floral pattern in the neo-Byzantine style, the latter contains also elements of the Balkan style. On leaf 121b, a two-headed animal breathing fire. On leaf 126b, a frontispiece showing the Last Judgement. On leaf 130b, a frontispiece with two horse-like animals pulling one wheel in opposite directions, a human figure standing on the wheel holding a whip in the right hand and the sun (?) in the left hand. There are two inscriptions. On leaves 6a-19a in the upper margin, "the book of Apocalypse from the village of Sosnovska, belonging to Theodore Semenov, bought in Zermoika (?)". On leaf 283a, "God, who is the creator of all, praise Thee. This spiritual book is known as Apokalipsis"สบ.
